About the Role
As Country Operations Manager, you'll be the key leadership interface responsible for maximizing operational productivity and gross margin across the Australasia region. You'll be based in our Malaga facility in Perth, with travel requirements of 25-50%.

Responsibilities

• Lead and optimize operations across the region to maximize financial performance.
• Drive safety excellence and ensure compliance with all company policies and industry standards.
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
• Oversee quality management systems and drive continuous improvement.
• Manage and develop high-performing teams.
• Champion career progression and multi-skill development of field and workshop employees.
• Influence geographic strategy and foster a One Weatherford culture.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field (or equivalent experience).
• 8-10 years' experience in Engineering, Service Delivery, or related role.
• Strong financial acumen and business understanding.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.
• Experience in operations management and project delivery.
• Knowledge of oil and gas surface systems and downhole tools (highly preferred).
